Riccarton Bus Lounge, CHCH
Christchurch City Council’s Technical Services & Design Department selected Asona’s Pyramid 3D™
hard deflector panels to go into the new Riccarton Bus Lounges to provide a dramatic ceiling feature with the additional
value of the products sound diffusion properties which enhances music tone quality and speech intelligibility.
Manufactured from high density alpha plaster reinforced with glass fibres, Pyramid 3D™ comes in natural plaster finish or painted
standard white / black (other colours to order) and is designed to fit into a standard suspended ceiling grid or can be fixed to
walls with brackets. Also installed in the bus lounge ceilings is Au.diLux™, a round-holed perforated fibre cement lining
panel which is easily incorporated into a wide variety of wall and ceiling systems. When supplied with our optional
integrated acoustic backing (IAB) Au.diLux provides a tough durable lining with excellent acoustic properties.
Atkar Au.diLux™ because of its fibre cement substrate, will not burn, rot or warp making it ideal for moisture laden
environments.
