Asona Triton Fabwall™

Triton Fabwall™ is a prefabricated fabric covered acoustic wall panel with resin reinforced edges and a Sonatex™ composite impact layer. Designed for a plush high-end aesthetic. Available in a wide range of decorative fabric finishes. Triton Fabwall 3D™ system is comprised of customised prefabricated fabric covered acoustic wall panels of varying thicknesses from 25, 40, 50, 75, 100 to 300mm with resin reinforced edges and a Sonatex™ composite impact layer. Fabwall Bass 50, 100 and 150mm panel options are engineered to control unwanted low frequency noise.

Triton Fabwall 25™ (NRC 0.85) for small rooms. Triton Fabwall 50™ (NRC 1.00) is best for office, schools, halls & libraries. Triton Fabwall™ 75, 100 & 150 are best for maximum sound absorption from low to high frequency, large volume spaces and studios. Triton Fabwall™ Bass is designed for low frequency absorption for music studios and acoustic control rooms.

High sound absorption, NRC 0.85 to NRC 1.05 for effective reduction in background noise and reverberation.

Composition

Manufactured in New Zealand from bio-soluble resin glass fibre absorber with impact resistant Sonatex™ 250 kg/m³ composite facer panel and wrapped with a decorative fabric finish.

Acoustic wall panels shall be Asona Triton Fabwall fabric wrapped panels as manufactured by Asona Ltd Tel: 09 525 6575, email: info@asona.co.nz, module (_) x (_) mm, panel thickness (25)(40)(50)(75)(100)(150)(300) mm sound absorption NRC (0.85) (0.95)(1.00) Fire Group 1-S (other). Selected fabric finish shall be (woven polyester) (other) and laminated to the face, all edges and a return on the back. Installed with (impaling plates and adhesive) (semi concealed side impaling brackets) (concealed split rail and Z clip) by manufacturers approved fixer. Contractor shall flat pack packaging and return to Asona for reuse and register the panels with Asona Renew and Reuse product stewardship program on practical completion (NZ only). (Asona ceiling Masterspec 5172AA specification available).
